Jean’s July Analysis
June was ‘bustin’ out all over…now July indicates that we have slow but steady growth which is preferable to peaks & valleys (the extremes). I am seeing a slight improvement across the board. Days on the Market dropped slightly. Average List Prices rose nominally.

Jean’s June Analysis
Overall, the June numbers are “bustin’ out” all over: the Average SOLD price rose in all areas, Days On The Market dropped, Inventory Accumulation is down slightly, The List to SOLD Differential has remained steady, Pending Sales–up the previous 5 months–have leveled off in June. Steady as she goes is the best news possible.
